At Renew Fitness, our purpose is to help you reach your fitness goals through group training sessions. As a member, you will be put on an individual training program that is specifically designed to accommodate your abilities, limitations and fitness goals. Our members are all put on a similar workout path with modifications made for each persons individual program.

As you go along on your fitness journey, we will coach & guide you to take full advantage of our variety of fitness classes. Our repertoire of classes is designed to give you an overall workout that will allow you to meet your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, lose inches, build muscle, increase your energy, improve sports performance, improve/maintain your health, or be able to play with your kids or grandkids, our coaches at Renew Fitness will give you the tools and the motivation to meet and exceed your fitness goals.

At Renew Fitness, our purpose is to help you reach your fitness goals through group training sessions. As a member, you will be put on an individual training program that is specifically designed to accommodate your abilities, limitations and fitness goals.

We begin with a Functional Movement Screen to asses your physical abilities and any considerations you might have. We will then discuss with you your exercise history and your personal fitness goals. Based on this, we will then design a training program specifically designed for you and your specific needs.

We will then implement this training program at our facility through group training sessions involving resistance training, plyometric training, agility training and core strengthening.

Our workouts are designed to accommodate people of all ages, sizes and abilities. No matter what your ability, limitations or goals might be, Renew Fitness can design the right program for YOU!
