What you should bring to a class: a towel, an exercise mat, water, a great attitude and a willingness to work hard in a fun and uplifting environment! Also, be sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. You might get light headed. Ideally, you would want to eat at least an hour before the class starts.
The Total Body fitness class is designed to focus on your general health and fitness. This group training session will help every client reach their fitness goals, regardless of age, ability or health issues. No matter what your goal is, whether you want to lose body fat, build muscle/body tone, or just to feel better, this class can help get you there. Each client will have their own program specifically designed in accordance with their goals and ability.
During this 45-50 minute group session, clients will go through a series of exercises including core strengthening, resistance training, joint strengthening, flexibility and cardio-vascular training. The intensity level is also individualized with each client’s abilities and desires taken into consideration. Essentially, it is as intense as YOU make it.
The Total Body class offers an effective and fun way to get in shape in an encouraging and energetic atmosphere!

How It Works
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Pop Pilates uses basic Pilates moves choreographed to pop music. This makes for a faster paced workout than a typical Pilates class which will get your heart rate higher and increase your cardio vascular capacity. Pop Pilates is a great way to improve flexibility and muscle strength, particularly core muscles, while having fun moving to the music. The class is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness.
Our Senior Fitness class is designed for our people in the 60+ age group. Whether you haven’t exercised in a long time, are having trouble moving lately, or if you have an old sports injury, this is the class for you! The movements are slow and deliberate. As with all our classes, we focus a lot on form to prevent injuries, and we work around any injuries or restrictions you might have. Senior Fitness is a motivating and uplifting class with the goal of improving your health, ability to move, and your quality of life. Let’s get moving!
